About the Position

Working within the IT department, the main purpose of this role will be to support, maintain and train user on Aspria’s Reservation Assistant
software.

Main responsibilities

  • Configuration and setting up of the different articles, products, billing items, packages within our reservation platform (Reservation Assistant)
  • Work on central projects for our reservation platform
  • Advising Head Office and other key users in software capabilities to find best solutions and processes
  • Cleaning Configuration, reorganization of the system in line with the Aspria policies
  • Identifying areas to improve our reservation platform
  • Contact person for our software provider
  • Configure and maintain software interfaces to other systems
  • Train/Teach the users to make appropriate usage of the system in the clubs and using video conferencing
  • Part of the group IT support duty Rota
  • International collaboration with our 8 clubs

Requirements

  • Experience of working in an established IT support environment
  • Good knowledge of English and German
  • Excellent communication ability
  • General PC and computer skills around MS Office 365 and other core softwares
  • Good experience of training users on software packages and updates to packages
  • Previous experience working with Reservation Assistant (TAC) would be advantageous
