Key responsibilities
- You welcome Members, offering an efficient, friendly and polite welcome
- You deal with telephone enquiries
- You take bookings promptly and efficiently
- You deal with Members complaints and answer requests/questions
- You collect all payments from the Members by cash, credit card in accordance with information and correspondence received and dispense change
- You interact and co-operate fully with all Club Departments
Profile
- Currently studying Tourisme or any studies that are Hospitality related
- Fluent in French and English - another European language is an asset
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Highly organized
- High team spirit
- High energy level
